Most of us have routines.
We ride similar routes.
We eat similar foods.
We hang around with the same people.
We take the same lines on our favourite descents.
And we ride roughly the same distance.
The only way to improve your fitness on the bike is to get out of your comfort zone.
Ride somewhere different.
Eat some different foods.
Try different descents.
Attack that climb harder than you would normally.
I have an unusually short email today, because I want you to spend the time you would spend reading this email to think about something instead:
How can you get out of your comfort zone with your riding this week and into 2018?
Push harder. Ride different. And ride further.
